The Challenge: The LinkedIn Scale Ceiling
LinkedIn is the #1 channel for recruitment, but it has strict limits: ~100 connection requests per week per user. For a recruitment firm with 15 recruiters, managing this manually was inefficient, and using Chrome extensions led to constant account restrictions.

The Solution: Cloud-Based Orchestration with HeyReach
We moved them away from dangerous browser extensions to HeyReach, a cloud-based platform that uses residential proxies to mimic human behavior.
The Agency Setup
- Unified Dashboard: We connected all 15 recruiter accounts to a single HeyReach agency dashboard. This allowed the Head of Sourcing to manage campaigns for the entire team centrally.
- Residential Proxies: Each account was assigned a dedicated 4G proxy matching the recruiter's physical location (e.g., a London recruiter gets a London IP), making the automation undetectable.
- Smart Rotation: We set up campaigns that automatically rotated senders. If one account hit its daily limit, the campaign continued sending from the next available account.
Safe Scaling Protocols
To ensure safe linkedin outreach, we implemented strict rules:
- Warmup Mode: New accounts started at 10 requests/day and ramped up to 40 over 3 weeks.
- Human-Like Delays: Random delays between actions to simulate natural browsing.
- Inbox Sync: All replies were synced to the ATS, so recruiters didn't have to tab-switch.
The Impact
